Born in 1997 in Bogotá, Colombia, Francisce G. Pinzón Samper lives and works in Paris, France. Francisce G. Pinzón Samper studied art sciences at the Sorbonne University in Paris and fine arts at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris. Their work oscillates between contrasts of “superficial” and spiritual themes. They describe themself as a “DJ of images” who takes samples from the world around them to inspire and create.

Francisce G. Pinzón Samper is linked to the notion of “range,” which refers to the set of characters that an actor manages to embody throughout their career. In the same way, they incorporate and archive a large number of images, linking and reinterpreting them to make them their own.
